taikos įvedimas statusas T sritis Politika apibrėžtis Reiškinys, kai trečiųjų šalių ginkluotosios pajėgos naudojamos taikai įvesti ir palaikyti nepriklausomai nuo to, ar konfliktuojančios šalys tam neprieštarauja. Sunkiai apibrėžiama sąvoka, praktiškai ne visada lengva nubrėžti ribą tarp taikos palaikymo ir jos įvedimo. Įvesti taiką reikalingos ne simbolinės, bet visiškoje kovinėje parengtyje esančios pajėgos, galinčios imtis kovinių operacijų prieš tuos, kurie nesutinka derėtis. Tokias operacijas dažniau inicijuoja ne JT, o galingos valstybės ar jų aljansai. Pvz., praėjusiame dešimtmetyje JAV ir NATO įgyvendino kelias sėkmingas taikos įvedimo operacijas buvusioje Jugoslavijoje, kai žlugo JT taikos palaikymo misijos. atitikmenys: angl. peacemaking
